I'm Toko, the instructor at Cooking Studio Colore.

I have been running cooking classes in my home for 3 years now.

When I discovered artistic sushi 2 year ago, I was amazed by its beauty, and I wanted for more people to know about it. Now I am teaching classes made especially for learning about sushi.
Besides teaching from my home, I also teach at two hobby centers.
In my at home lessons, people come to learn from various countries, and it is a great opportunity for deepening mutual understanding and exchanging cultures.
My class is not just for learning how to make sushi, but it is also a place of exchange for people from all countries.
